Re Creo Supper Club is the main passion and creative outlet for Chef Jean Valcarcel, a lifelong culinary enthusiast. Jean was born & raised in Lima, Peru. Now a bonafide Angelino, he has traveled the world tasting incredible food from Reykyavik to Paris, Prague to Cartagena, and some of the great American food cities like Portland, Austin, New York, Chicago and San Francisco. Jean is a classically trained chef with a culinary degree from Los Angeles Trade & Technical College and has worked in several prominent kitchens in Los Angeles such as MoChica and Bestia.
